TATOR TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat, uncooked
1/2 diced onion
1/2 diced bell pepper
Pepper to taste (no salt)

Mix thoroughly; sprinkle in bottom of 3 quart casserole dish: mix together: 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Pour on top of meat mixture. Layer frozen tator tots on top and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
