ROUND STEAK HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cubed (have used venison or moose steak)
1 lg. onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. instant rice
1 can chicken & rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms
1 soup can water

Brown steak, onions and celery in small amount of oil. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Add rice, soups, mushrooms, and water. Blend ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes. Serves 6. Recipe doubles easily.
