STUFFED TROUT (MICROWAVE) 
2 whole trout, fresh or defrosted

STUFFING:

1/3 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. lemon juice

In 1 quart casserole combine vegetables and 1/4 cup butter. Microwave on High 3 minutes until tender. Stir in bread crumbs and pepper. Stuff trout, place in 8 x 8 inch glass baking dish. Combine melted butter and lemon juice. Brush fish with lemon and butter, cover with waxed paper. Microwave on High 5-6 minutes, rotate and brush with lemon and butter after half the time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
