SPICED PECANS 
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1 lb. pecan halves
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and coat well. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in bowl. Add to pecan mixture and coat well. Put on buttered cakepan or jelly roll pan. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Stir often.
