LAMB CHOPS DELUXE 
6 lamb chops, 3/4 inch thick
3 tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. each salt, paprika
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Brown chops on both sides in shortening in skillet. Combine seasonings. Sprinkle on both sides of chops. Pour off pan drippings; cover. Cook over low heat until tender, adding water if needed to prevent sticking. 6 servings.
