SHEATH CAKE 
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

1 stick butter, melted
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans or coconut or both

Mix soda into buttermilk, then mix all ingredients together. Just stir, don't beat. Bake 20 minutes at 300 to 325 degrees in a greased 15"x20" sheath cake pan.

FROSTING: Mix butter and cocoa in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Boil 1 minute. Beat icing slightly and ice cake in pan as soon as it comes out of the oven.
