UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA
1 lb. ground chuck or pork
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. oil or butter
1 c. spaghetti sauce
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls

Mix the first 6 ingredients in one big meatball. Oil or butter 16 inch pizza pan and place meatball in center of pan. Flatten meat evenly with hands over entire pan. Spread sauce over meat, spread cheese over sauce. Open rolls and place the triangles 1 inch apart between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Flatten each piece to half thickness with rolling pin.

Lay in pinwheel fashion on top of cheese. Roll up dough if it overlaps edge of pizza pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until dough is golden brown. Cut each slice between triangles and remove with spatula to plate. I baked mine in a large iron skillet.
