SKILLET LASAGNA 
10 lasagna noodles
1 sm. onion, minced
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. ground beef
15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper

Prepare noodles in hot tap water. In 12 inch skillet over medium heat cook beef and onions for 10 minutes. Drain fat and stir in 2/3 spaghetti sauce. Cook until heated through. Spoon 1/2 meat mixture into small bowl and set aside. Reduce heat to low and keep simmering.
