HEARTY SOUP 
1/2 - 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
Onion (as much or as little as you like)
1 can cream soup (celery, mushroom or chicken)
1 soup can of water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1-2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1-2 tsp. oregano
1-2 tsp. basil
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic
1 c. noodles
1-3 potatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

You can add 1/2 cup uncooked brown rice in place of potatoes or noodles.

Brown meat and onions in Dutch oven. Add soup, water, veggies and spices. Bring to a boil and add noodles and potatoes (or rice). Cook on low simmer until done. These ingredients can be varied as you like. If a thicker soup is preferred add another can of soup and cook to desired thickness. If you have left over veggies add these (in place of frozen) when soup is almost done.
