INSTANT SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Jello (red for Christmas and Valentine, yellow or orange for Fall or Thanksgiving)
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Nuts

Mix cottage cheese and Cool Whip until blended well. Sprinkle favorite color of dry jello; add crushed pineapple and nuts, if desired. Chill in refrigerator 30 minutes. This will keep several days.
