INSTANT RICE PUDDING 
1 egg
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. raisins
1 tbsp. maple syrup or light brown sugar

Heat oven or toaster-oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg in a small bowl, stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a 10 ounce custard cup or small baking dish. Bake about 20 minutes until golden on top. Serve warm or cold.
