WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
4 tbsp. yeast
4 c. warm water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. molasses
4 eggs, lightly beaten
3 c. oats (not quick)
1/4 c. gluten flour
10-11 c. whole wheat flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Add everything except 2 cups flour. Mix well and then knead in last 2 cups of the flour. Shape into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 4 loaves.
