SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. sifted cake flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. sour cream TOPPING: 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. brown sugar 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. chopped nuts Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, salt, vanilla, and sour cream. Combine dry ingredients and pour 1/2 of mixture into floured bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of topping and cover with remaining batter. Top with remaining topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. |
