A MESS 
14 chicken necks
1 pkg. chopped chicken gizzards
9 chicken wings, separated
1 lb. shrimp
1 bell pepper
1/2 c. onions
1 c. mushrooms
Boiled spaghetti
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 sm. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. granulated garlic
Smoked ham, chopped
Season all
Salt & Pepper to taste

Place small amount of oil in pot. Place all seasoning in pot (stir fry 10 minutes). Put in tomato paste, cook 5 minutes. Place chicken necks, gizzards and ham. Cook until gizzards are tender and gravy is thickened. Then add wings, shrimp, mushrooms and tomato sauce. Add spaghetti and stir.
