GRANNY POTATOES 
1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
4 c. frozen O'Brien potatoes
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Make sauce, using cream of celery soup and milk and cream cheese. Mix with potatoes and pour into a greased casserole (I use Pam). Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and cover with the cheese and bake again until cheese is melted and slightly brown. Goes good with ham balls. If no O'Brien potatoes, 1/2 cup onion and 1/2 cup green pepper can be added. Recipe can be doubled.
