SAUERKRAUT RELISH 
303 can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. pimento
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar

Combine sauerkraut, celery, green pepper, onions, and pimento in separate bowl. Mix sugar, oil, and vinegar; pour over sauerkraut mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours. Stir once or twice.
