DIFFERENT PIE CRUST 
4 c sifted flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c shortening (part lard)
1 egg
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 c cold water

Blend flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in shortening. Beat egg, blend in vinegar, add cold water. Sprinkle this over flour and shortening mixture, a tablespoon at a time. Toss with fork to mix. Roll on floured surface.

Bake at 400°F.
