MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta process cheese spread
1 (8 oz.) jar thick and chunky salsa or picante sauce

Cut cheese into cubes and mix with salsa or picante sauce. Heat in microwave for 5 minutes or in saucepan or stove for 10 minutes. Serve with nacho chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
