LEMON CUSTARD SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 beaten egg
Juice from pineapple plus water to equal to 1 c.

Combine sugar, flour, eggs, and juice in saucepan; cook until thick. Combine prepared lemon Jello (liquid form), pineapple, then stir in custard. Put marshmallows on top. Let congeal.

OPTIONAL: You can put a carton of Cool Whip on top after congealed. Decorate with grated cheese or pecan sprinkles. Serves 8-12.
