SCALLOPED SCALLOPS | |
1 pt. scallops 1 stick butter 2/3 c. milk Salt and pepper to taste 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs Wash scallops. Dip in milk. Melt butter and add to cracker and bread crumbs. Layer 1/2 scallops in a greased quart size casserole and cover with 1/2 of the crumb mixture. Repeat layers and season with salt and pepper. |
