PASTA SALAD | |
1 med. jar of marinated artichokes 1 can black olives, chopped 1/2 c. fresh parsley 1 lb. farfelle (bow tie pasta) 1 c. roasted red peppers, chopped 1 env. Good Seasons Italian dressing, mixed according to pkg. directions Cook pasta. Drain marinade from artichoke hearts and reserve. Chop artichoke hearts. In large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, chopped olives, parsley, and roasted peppers. Toss. Add cooked pasta to bowl. Pour artichoke marinade and Good Seasons dressing over pasta. Toss gently. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill but let come to room temperature before serving. |
