PINEAPPLE BREAD STUFFING 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
4 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple
8 slices of bread, cubed

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well, add pineapple. Stir in bread cubes.

Bake in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°F until lightly browned.
