TUNA CHOW MEIN 
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lg. can Chinese noodles
1 c. bean sprouts
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 can tuna
1/4 lb. chopped cashew nuts (optional)

Saute celery and onions in butter. Mix 1/2 can noodles in with remaining ingredients. Put in casserole and add the rest of the noodles to top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
