BOVERMAN'S SPANOKOPIKA 
12 sheets frozen phyllo, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
6 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
2 Stouffers spinach souffle, thawed
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. dill

Brush 15"x10" pan with butter. Layer 6 sheets of phyllo dough brushing each. Mix spinach, parsley and dill, spread over the layers. Sprinkle cheese. Top with remaining sheets brushing each with melted butter. Score top layers. Makes about 48 small squares for appetizers. Bake 400 degrees for 3 minutes. Good cold or hot.
