BARBECUED CHICKEN 
Rub chicken with salad oil. Place chicken in boiling pan. Broil 20 minutes at 450 degrees or until golden. Brush with 1 of the sauces. Broil 2 or 3 minutes. Turn chicken. Broil for 10 minutes. Brush with remaining sauce. Broil for 10 minutes or until fork tender.

ROSEMARY SAUCE: Crush 1 teaspoon rosemary. In saucepan heat rosemary, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 4 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 3/4 teaspoon salt.

SOY SAUCE:

1/4 c. minced onions
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. white wine
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Add all ingredients to minced onions.

CHILI SAUCE:

2 pickled chilies
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Mix together ingredients.
