COCONUT CAKE 
1 yellow sheet cake
2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

Poke holes in sheet cake. Cook milk, sugar, and 1/2 cup coconut and pour over hot cake. Let cool. Spread 1/2 cup coconut mixed in Cool Whip over cake. Sprinkle rest of coconut on top. Keep refrigerated.
