SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
3 lb. pkg. frozen (or fresh) shrimp (lg. or med.)
1/2 pt. light cream
1 stick butter
1/2 chopped onion
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Salt
Flavored bread crumbs

Defrost shrimp, place in large baking dish. Add salt, cover with crushed Ritz, onions and melted butter. Blend well. Pour cream over mixture and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake about 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
