1 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. finely grated orange rind
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar gradually and continue creaming (by hand). Beat in eggs, vanilla, and orange rind. Sift flour with salt and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture, fill cookie press. Dough needs to be so its firm and not sticky to touch.
