TACO PIE 
1 deep dish pie crust shell
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 jar taco sauce, divided usage
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
12 tortilla chips, crushed
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thaw pie crust 10 minutes. Prick bottom and sides thoroughly with fork. Bake pie shell 10 minutes. Remove from oven, reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Add seasoning mix according to directions.

In small bowl combine refried beans and 1/3 cup taco sauce; mix well. Layer half of bean mixture in bottom of pie crust. Top with half of meat mixture, 1 cup cheese and chips. Repeat layers, excluding chips. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with lettuce, tomato and add additional taco sauce to taste. Eat and enjoy!
