1/4 c. corn oil
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 egg
Fish (perch or walleye)

Combine all ingredients except fish. Coat fish with flour first and then dip into batter and fry in hot fat (375 degrees) until tender and brown.
