SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
1 lb. cottage cheese 5 slices or 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tbsp. flour 3 eggs 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach 3/4 stick butter, soft Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook spinach until thawed (separated), drain well. Mix all ingredients together. Put into casserole dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs or crumbled Ritz crackers. Bake for 1 hour. |
