SPICY BAKED FISH WITH MUSTARD
SAUCE
 
4 individual fish steaks
1 tbsp. melted fat
1 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. milk (Use 1/2 c. water and 1/4 c. vinegar for spicier flavor)
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Place steaks in greased shallow pan. Blend all other ingredients except bread crumbs in saucepan. Stir until thickened. Pour sauce over fish and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 4.
