CHOCOLATE PRETZELS | |
3 bags of med. or lg. pretzels 3 lb. white chocolate (melt and mold from party store) 1/2 bottle red food coloring 1/2 bottle green food coloring Wax for thinning Temper chocolate by melting to 110 to 115 degrees, cool to 8 degrees and bring back to 95 degrees. Melt in double boiler and thin just a little with wax. (Save 1/2 bag of chocolate for coloring.) Dip pretzels and place on wax paper. To make color, melt 1/4 bag chocolate and thin with wax (start with 1 x 1 inch squares). Add one food color, put in cake decorating bag with small circle tip to make a very fine skinny drizzle. Repeat with other color. |
