1 3/4 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix the above together - line crumbs into a springform pan. 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond extract. Beat until smooth. Blend in 3 cups sour cream. Pour into springform pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven 20 minutes. Chill at least 6 hours in refrigerator.
