CALIFORNIA CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. carrots, cubed
1 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. onion, cut up fine
1 can peas, drain liquid & reserve
1 can tuna, drain & reserve liquid
Bread cubes
2 c. milk

Cook carrots and potatoes until tender. Add onions and cook until soft. Add peas and just heat through. Make a white sauce using juice of vegetables and tuna and also use milk to make 2 cups. Add tuna to white sauce. Butter a baking dish and layer tuna mix and veggies. Cover with bread cubes and brown in 350 degree oven.
