APPLE CRUNCH 
Fresh apple 4 big or 6 small
1 c. sugar (1/2 white and 1/2 brown)
1/2 stick butter
7.8 c. flour

Peel and slice apples. Sprinkle with sugar (if sour) slice into greased baking dish. Mix 1/2 stick of butter, 1 cup sugar. Cream sugar and butter. Mix in 7/8 cup flour. Sprinkle over apples, layer of sugar, layer of apples, bake should be crunchy.
