DRY JELLO SALAD 
2 c. cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin (any flavor)
1 c. mandarin oranges
1 c. pineapple chunks, cut in two
2 c. Cool Whip

Pour dry Jello on cottage cheese and blend. Set aside. Drain fruit thoroughly. Fold cottage cheese, fruit, and Cool Whip together. Refrigerate. (Keeps several days and is soooo good.)
