1 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Brown ground meat and onions and drain. Add taco seasoning, spread in pie plate. Top with chilies. Beat milk, eggs, and bisquick. Pour over mixture in plate. Bake 25 minutes add tomatoes and cheese and bake 4 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees.
