1 lb. ground meat
1 lb. sausage
1 c. oats
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 small chopped onion
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. catsup

Mix all together and bake in baking dish. Drain off all juice.

Bake at 350°F to 400°F for 30 to 45 minutes.

Sauce:

1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
barbecue sauce

Mix and pour over meat loaf and bake until done.
