FIG CAKE 
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pt. figs

Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture. Fold in figs and vinegar. Pour into bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
