SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 tbsp. fat
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. onion, chopped

Saute finely chopped onion in melted fat. Add ground meat and seasonings. Stir until meat is slightly browned and add tomato juice and ketchup. Simmer for 30 minutes.
