SWORDFISH MACADAMIA 
2 lb. swordfish, cut into 8 oz. portions
1/4 c. flour
1 egg and 1/4 c. milk beaten
1 tbsp. butter, melted
4 oz. crushed macadamia nuts
1/2 tbsp. lime juice
1 whole lemon
1 tbsp. butter

Flour swordfish steaks, then dip in egg wash. Saute in butter on both sides or until golden brown. Add butter, lime and lemon. Top with macadamia nuts and bake for 8 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
