GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar

Pour pecans and coconut into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cake mix as directed on package. Pour cake over nuts and coconut. Melt butter and cream cheese. Melt just enough to mix and add confectioners sugar. Spoon this mixture over cake by spoonfuls.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
