2 lb. ground beef
applesauce
1 onion, chopped
2 chopped potatoes
2 eggs
1 pkg. meat loaf mix
ketchup

Mix well. Place in loaf pan and top with ketchup.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
