FROSTED PINEAPPLE BANANA SALAD 
2 boxes lemon Jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
2 c. Seven up
Small marshmallows
3 slices bananas
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple drain save juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add 7 Up and chill until it thickens. Fold in pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Place in large ring mold, rubbed with cooking oil. When very firm unmold, when very firm again, frost with the following:

2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. pineapple juice
1 pkg. Dream Whip

Mix flour and sugar. Beat egg slightly and add pineapple juice. Add gradually to sugar and flour and boil until thick as custard. Cool. Whip Dream whip and fold into cooled custard. Frost top and sides of mold, decorate with cherry halves. Can use a 9 x 13 casserole.
