SUNSET FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Jello gelatin orange flavor
1 1/2 c. boiling water
Water plus ice cubes
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. fresh fruit (bananas, oranges or seedless grapes)
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese or 1/2 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Measure 1 cup water; add ice cubes to make 2 1/2 cups. Add to gelatin with lemon juice; stir. Let stand until slightly thickened (10 minutes). Stir occasionally. Set aside 1 cup gelatin. Add fruits to remaining gelatin, pour into serving bowl.

Combine measured gelatin, cinnamon and cheese in blender, blend. Spoon over fruited gelatin. Chill until set (about 1 hour). Serves 10.
