PHEASANT ON RICE 
1 cut up pheasant
Salt & pepper
Flour
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 pkg. onion gravy mix
1 c. rice or wild rice
2 c. water

Roll pheasant in flour with salt and pepper. Brown in shortening in skillet. Place in baking dish. Prepare gravies as directed on packages. Pour over pheasant and cover. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Serve with rice or wild rice.
