CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. crab meat
1 hard cooked egg
5 tbsp. parsley flakes or green pepper, finely chopped
4 slices of bread
Buttered cracker crumbs
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Milk

Soak the bread in enough milk to soften bread. Add all ingredients except crab and cracker crumbs. Mix well, fold in crab. Place in casserole dish and top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
