PICKLED PIGS FEET 
4 pork hocks or feet
3 c. vinegar
1 onion, peeled
12 whole peppercorns
6 whole cloves
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. salt
1 sm. jar pimientos

Split pigs feet. Scrub thoroughly and cover with cold water. Add the vinegar and bring to the boiling point. Skim off scum that rises to top. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. cool in liquid and serve cold.
