BAR-B-Q LIMA'S 
2 c. baby lima, dried
1/2 lb. salt pork
1/4 cubed & 1/4 sliced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/4 c. bacon fat
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar

Soak beans 2 hours and drain. Add pork (cubed) and water to cover. Cook until tender; drain. Brown onion and garlic in fat. Add remaining ingredients except lima and sliced pork. Cook for 5 minutes. Add bean and sauce in casserole. Top with slices of salt pork. Bake in 350 degree oven 30-45 minutes, until beans are done.
